On April 28, 2022, Bread Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the
Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, payable on June 17, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2022. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – April 28, 2022 – Bread Financial Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BFH), a
