On July 18, 2019, Alliance Data Systems Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.63 per share, payable on September 26, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2019. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
